Bad quality

I bought a pair of shoes from Steve Madden on 22 September 2025, and they got torn after just one day of wearing them. When I went back to the store, I was told it’s not a quality fault, so they wouldn’t assist me. I don’t understand how a brand-new pair of shoes can tear in a day and still be considered not faulty.

I really expected better quality and customer service from such a well-known brand. It feels like I’ve wasted my money, and I’m very disappointed with how my complaint was handled.
