Bad online service from Steve madden

I bought the shoes online on the 27 Nov 2023 on the 30 Nov 2023 I received an email saying they have refunded me they didn't even state the reason why my they refunded me when I called the lady I spoke to said she will get back to me but she never did. When I call now they don't even answer my calls
