BAD CUSTOMET SERVICE. order# ***

I bought a handbag Saturday 2024.01 25 online using payflex and the order was confirmed. This morning I received an email stating that my order could not be fulfilled and I was refunded and the refund will take 20 days. I feel like they are insulting me. Where will I get the handbag after 20 days. Just the decency to contact me and discuss other option. I cannot begin to explain to incompetency.
