Bad customer service

Friday I was at Steve madden Eastgate, they don't have stock and the store it's busy they don't have they understock I end up buying small size because it's a gift I also want to buy pink sneakers for my daughter they don't have and bad bad customer service the staff there it's not friendly at all you must hire fresh blood those guys there are not happy at all bad customer service ever other shops they goes extra mile to check stock in other shops but there they dont
