Bad customer service

I bought 2pairs of shoes online I received them but I didn’t like them the other one was a smaller size I log a return same day, they responded with the confirmation email now it’s been 2 weeks they don’t pick them up all they say is the courier driver will call you and it never happened am tired of following up everyday I just want my money from them, they’ve got bad customer service
