Absolute disappointment

I bought item that were on sale before black Friday, everything went well and my transaction was approved.

The problem started when they refunded me for the shoes I bought, no reason was provided, I was disappointed but at least I was going o get the bag.

Today on the 6 December, I received another refund message, I bought thesevitwms on the 25 November and have been waiting patiently for them but instead of the desired item, I got these refund messages, with no explanation.

When I was processing my order the items were in stock and they were in stock till black Friday, so why am I not getting my order?

I am extremely disappointed.
