Bad customer service

I went to Steve & and Eve today in prominade.. Firstly I waited so long.. All the employees was busy on their phones and one of them was sleeping.. When she eventually did my hsir she did it so terrible I paid R180 for nonsense.. No man.. I do a better job at home.. Im very very unhappy.. NEVER AGAIN
