This people almost ****ed the only mother i have

My mother was admitted on tuesday, a 58 year old woman, with her blood pressure sky high and her sugar level at 23, these people are negiligent, they dont care about other people's healths yet they claim to be nurses. They drew my mothers blood for test and as i type this i still have those 3 tubes with me, she was discharged with those tubes and in a worse condition. Why are sick people treated like this at this hospital, like animals. Are they being punished because they dont have medical aid?? I dont understand why there is no care for the sick.
