Steve Biko refuse to help

On Friday the 19 November we taken my Mother to Steve Biko because it is a National Provincial hospital, she has no medical aid and therefore had to get a private ambulance to takeher there, she needs a urgent pacemaker transplan duef to a 3 rd degree blockage in her hart, arm with doktors letters and all the test results. At the hospital the cardiol docter turn her away like sn animal because we not from PTA but from Springs we begged him but he just said that is the hospital rules when we requested to speak to the hospital sup or manager we were told it Friday and the left already that was 14h00 The ambulance had to load my old mother back in and took her back home.

I am a legal tax payer and pay my taxis every month and surely we have the right to go to any peovincial hospital we where sent to Steve Biko with a doctors reveral and all reports. We then tried a private hospital and they want R80000 before helping her we do not have that kind of money know we waiting to hear if Jhb Gen or Charlette what ever the new name is for help. It is sad that it come to money first before a life gets save.
