The sister who is the manager of complaints phoned me on 18 November and said she will phone me back on Monday the 21 November, she did and said that the theatre's airconditioning is not working for 2 weeks now they are busy repairing it my name is on the list of patients to be phoned for booking of surgery she cannot give me a date when the aircon will be repaired
