Received an SMS to confirm the date for an MRI. Arrive early just to be sent from one Dept to the other. No appointment booked. Wait back at Spinal Clinic until 2 pm just to get a new date. I travelled 200 x 2 km to be turned away. 2 years travelling up-and-down and must make peace with being put on a waiting list between 4 and 12 years for a back operation. Is it worth the trauma?? Things are getting worse. Step up your systems and service SAHB!
