So called national health...They forget why they are in this service!!!!!

<p>I cannot beleive the service we still receive at this hospital. It has a service rating like a yoyo!!!! My cousins mother inlaw is extremely sic**** When you try to get help at this hospital they are always full of stories like you need to be referred or there are no beds. The worst i was told when trying to get her help today is that we are Not Medicross so we cant help you!!! this is a urgent referral from the specialist stating the growths on the patients liver and kidneys... the patient suffers from uncontrolled Diabetes and was once again turned away!!! They do not even offer to help by offering a wheel chair or suggesting where else the patient can go for urgent help... I am deeply disgusted in the service received from this hospital..she was discharged from hospital last week knowing her conditions and the Doctor whom discharged her said he cannot help her any further as the rest is not in his field.. He never even referred her to another hospital or specialist!!!! There is no comon decency any more... I myself work in the medical field and cannot beleive what i am seeing or hearing.... these people are supposed to be leaders of our future Doctors and they cannot even handle things properly..</p> <p> </p> <p>I can confirm that i will be taking this further to people and programs such as Third Degree!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I would also like an URGENT responce in this regard!!!!!</p>
