Rude staff and lack of compassion

The hospital's service is substandard, and there is limited parking space. Long queues of cars can be seen waiting to enter the hospital premises. I had to wait in the queue for almost an hour before finally entering the hospital. However, upon reaching the ward to visit my father, I was rudely turned away by the staff, even though it was within visiting hours.
