Rude personal

The way the mortuary is treating the people that just suffered a loss is disgrace. There is no respect for others and the people in the mortuary is so rude. Thinus has an attitude because the family does not want to use his undertaker. Jones is telling lies. When we called to see if we can go collect the loved one, he said yes but when we got there, he said the documents is not completed. When I called again the next day, Frans was rude, and he said, “I told you, you can come and get the deceased” There is no feelings or sympathy. Its just a job. If you don’t like your job, get another one. There are people that have a heart and would like to work at the mortuary and comfort others. I am working for a big Funeral home, and we like what we do, and will handle you with respect.
