RUDE & PATHETIC STAFF

<p>My brother went to Steve biko hospital last night, after being sent there by a doctor for xrays and blood tests. He has been sick 3 weeks and coughing up blood and his nose keeps on bleeding so they needed to do all the test to see what is wrong with him. 10 years ago he had a foot operation done there and my mother never received an account. Now last night they told him that they refuse to do the tests and xrays because of an outstanding account, which they never even gave to him or never told him how much it is. They sent him away saying he should go to another hospital and that he just has bronchitis. My mother phoned this morning as she wanted the account, the RUDE lady asked her for the file number so my mom told her nobody gave my brother the file number and the lady should check under her Surname. Which the lady responded in putting the phone down in her ear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And not to mention my brother had to wait 5 hours for a doc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder so many people die in hospitals cause this is the attitude you get</p>
