rasist and very rude attitude

<p>The nightshift staff that is on duty on 07/08/16 21:55 on level 9 ward 9.3 using very bad and rude langue towards pasients and raising her voice towards pasients. Some pasients asked for blankets on thursday and friday and still not received it, as they asked the same rude nurse!! I myself have been in ward 9.3 since thursday night late and still dont know who my docter is, the so called docter appointed to help me cimes during family visiting hours and goes of again only to write a note saying pasient not in ward!!! Very unprofessonal concidering that I have bloodclots in each long and in my right leg!!! Since friday a group of docters came and said they will do tests and since then nobody has done or said anything to me as to how or what is going to be done!!! I am now getting telephone numbers of all the local news papers such as daily sun beeld citizen to take my and a lot if other pasients story to the whole world, as this is very very very bad service given by the docters and nursing staff. The nurses also write in pasients file that they have received medicen at a specific time which we have not received. This is also not the first time that this has happend to me as I was here in february 2016 where up to now nothing has been done to solve my problem</p>
