Poor service delivery

My mum senior citizen was taken to Steve Biko hospital on Thursday 5/09/2024,the staff after they took her bloods they told us me and my brother to come back during visiting hours which was between 14:30-15:00 ,this was at casualty ward,when we came back there were no answers and we were told to go home they will call us if there any changes,my brother asked if our mum is being admitted as he came all the way from east Rand,we waited at the waiting area until 18:30 where our frustrations grew tiredlesly,they finally said she will be admitted and only to leave her toiletries with her,the next day when my mom requested for halaal foods,they asked her what is so special about her that she cannot eat their food,I came during visiting hours an brought her home food until Sunday.only on Saturday night around 21:00 it's where she was fully admitted into a ward.The Dr said they couldn't do anything for her as their photo copy machine was not working,again now they not even administering her any antibiotics and has to keep asking for something for pain,where they don't care about their patients,my mum has dry gangerene and not even the foot is being attended to,when are they deciding to do any kind of procedure nobody knows and tge Dr refuses to speak to any of us pertaining as to what procedure will be done and when My name is Mashooda Maja ***,or maybe they need us to take video footage at the hospitals to show their patients neglected
