Please help - assistance needed here!!!!

My sister passed on two weeks ago and after numerous phone calls and visits to Steve Biko Hospital and lost paperwork for Hollard Insurance to pay out for her funeral, we are still waiting in suspense for them to fill in and sign a simple form. The form has been with the last person to sign for three days now and we do not know what to do anymore as my sister's body is decomposing already and as pensioners we cannot afford to have her lying at the funeral parlour another day.
