Pethetic Service EVER!!!!!

Monday 15/06/15 my mom was admitted to Casualty and we waited until midnight 1am morning with NO FEEDBACK. Got response next day saying short of calcium and tight muscle spasm, was waiting at casualty over 48 Hours and no doctor did any check on my mom, when nurse say doctor will come check on her very soon. I only see my mom condition getting worse with no assist. Pretty much I see doctor and nurse watching my MOM dying with no help or saving her. I want proper feedback from this complaint on the 5th days. It ******* calling this hospital when nurse not planning to help when my mom when she suffering and just ask nurse for assist by the nurse in Casualty with no respect for other patients what a DISGRACE in day 2 16/06/15. 3rd day 17/06/15 and no one can tell me what my mom conditions and what actually happening at the moment?????
