Night staff security loud and rude

<p>The night staff security at Biko are almost oppisite to the day staff. Especially the woman who sat in front of ward 8.9 on the night of 15 Dec 2016. Despite being in a maternity ward and paediatric ward area she was extremely loud (laughing and shouting at her friends, there and over the phone, like a drunk person in a shebeen) into the early morning hours while playing loud music on her tablet.</p>
