Mother in distress

My daughter (6 months old) was admitted to Steve Biko Academic Hospital and the service we have recieved has been very poor from ward 8.5, the neurologist are the worst and the nurses need service training not all but majority. All that they do is sit by the receptionist desk without changing the babies nappies neither do they feed them.
