DISGUSTING SERVICE

I called in and got transferred from one person to another 4 times and when i eventually spoke to a lady, she told me that she is too busy to deal with my question and then put the phone down on me. How can this be allowed? Is this how they treat the patients as well?

I am actually disgusted!!!!!!!!!
