Bad treatment in maternity ward

I had a very bad experience here with 95% of the sister's and their sister incharge at maternity ward as they have no mercy and love for patients .After I gave birth to my son via ceaser I was in so much pain and they just dumped my baby on me and left me like that.my experience was for the 31December2020. LAST week 2August 2021 again my sister was admitted in maternity ward and gave birth to a baby boy and she was treated bad aswell.when she called for the sister they ignore her when she cry with pain.Can the department of health please see that the night shift and day shift Sisters to their work and understand that nursing is a profession to do with love and kindness not what they do.
