Bad services and and unacceptable behavior and respect.

The Administrators are absolutely Rude, I am currently sitting and waiting for for my 7year old son medication prescription which needs to be signed by them before going to the Pharmacy to collect his monthly Epilepsy medication. I have been her since 7am and was rudely told to go to receptionist to find out about it. At first when I approached them they responded by asking me if I can not see that they are busy. Mind you they busy having a personal conversation among themselves as well as siting on their cell phones. I have pictures of them lazing around and doing nothing to assist patients waiting for ***** script.
