BAD SERVICE AND NO REMORSE
Sadly I have to say I'm very disappointed with this hospital My mom passed away in this hospital She was laying there only on oxygen with no help or visit from the doctors daily On the visit all of the patients got visits from a doctor daily but my mom did not receive any visit since she was laying there she passed away First they did not want to admit here and sent here to kalafong hospital after help from people they admitted her at steve bheko the following day because she was a cancer patient from steve bhiko .my mom was laying there without help and only on oxygen she passed away .this hospital does not have any remorse for us.very dissapointed.when we arrive they told me to lay an account before I can identify my mom body strictly cash only no swiping my mom passed away on 28 february 2024 NO REMORSE AT ALL JUST GO AND PAY THE ACCOUNT BEFORE WE CAN SEE MYMMOM TO IDENTIFY THE BODY.NI REMORSE AT ALL !!!!!

They did not even tried to put it in again so she did not receive any food for 2 weeks and 2 days sadly she passed on the 3rd week on wensday I spoke to my mom every day and everyday I asked was the doctor there to check up on mom sadly she says no everyday for 2 weeks and 3 days no check up for a doctor and waiting for a scan so long ...this is unacceptable.
