Bad service

Hello Peter. On 20 of November 2020, I took my 73 years old mother to Steve Biko academy hospital. While we waiting in their waiting station in front of the nurses station Gynecologist /urologist . The Nurse Molalo came in and played loudly her music on her phone she was even dancing for it, while on the side the big sign say Keep silent. Secondly after we saw the Doctor was fine, we went in floor 3 to collect the medication and when we about to leave the hospital. I got msg that the doctor Dladla want to see my mother, we went back. Only to find out that was a student doctor. Want to make practical with my mother, she ddnt ask for permission to that. She was embarrassing my mom and disrespectful to my mother. I end up defend her. I So wish that public hospital can treat their patients with respect and have sympathy.
