Bad service

My mom is diagnosed with breast cancer.For the past couple of months we were at Steve Biko and Tshwane district hospital. It seems like the people working there is not happy and don't know the hospitals. Everything we are there we are sent up and down.My mom is 82 and can hardly walk.No one tells you the process at the hospital with breast cancer. Everytime we are send up and down.This morning I took a wheelchair..Just to be told that medical oncology falls under Steve Biko and I cannot take Tshwane hospital wheel chair.We only found out this morning that my mom have to do the bloodtest 2 days before.No one told us last month when we made the appointment. How the President want to implement the National Health system with such *********** people is a big worry.No one tells you where to go.We sit hours in queue just to be told it's the wrong queue.This is happening for months and my mom still did not receive treatment. This raises the question on whether the hospital is playing for time because they don't want to treat old people. Today my mom is supposed to get treatment. If it does not happen..a letter is going to the President
