Bad poor service

This hospital can waste someone's time. 16 August which is today I came in early morning around 6:00 to collect medication. The file delayed and was collected at 10:22, head to medication department waited till 11:50 for the file to be collected and they gave me the wrong prescription list, had to go back again... The assistant at the help desk was rude with attitude but eventually assist by someone friendly (Zulu). The service there is horrible.

Go to the 5th floor which is the OPD and see how people are being treated, as if they don't have brains.

I wouldn't recommend the hospital to anyone.
