Bad hospital service

Just all over bad service from the doctors there. They don't care about the patients. My partner was admitted on Thursday after they told him he would have surgery on Thursday, then they decided to admit him for a femoral hernia surgery. Every day it's he is on the waiting list for surgery. Today he is number 5 on the list for surgery which again did not happen. Now he is in pain no doctor in sight the buldge is worse and all they say is its not that urgent keep on waiting maybe in 2 days but we also need to keep you for a minimum of 10 days. If the hospital is so over crowded with no beds discharge the person and give them an actual surgery date to come back
