Bad attitude not knowing how to speak to patients cause they are in charge

So I'm a Mother to a 1year and 11 month year old baby my daughter has a liver deaseas we were transfered from cape town ( Redcros ) to here Pretoria ( Steve Biko ) for a transplant work up and tests. So we get here on the 5th of February to be admitted 1stly .We can't eat r bath at the ward and thy expect us to shower at the tswane hospital which is a 30 minute walk from the main hospital 2cndly. Thy don't want us bathing at the hospital r eat but wen we go outside to do so we get back at the ward babies are crying and nappies r full baby hasn't been changed and nurses are busy playing with their phones same phones they ask us patients to charge for them . 3rdly . on the 8th the very same week ( today ) I go home to wash and cook When I get back my sleeping chair is not where it was in the room that I sleep in I ask them and the sister Ligongolo in ward 9.5 head of all of them tells me that I'm not breastfeeding and that chairs given to people that ate breastfeeding and why she doesn't know that I'm breastfeeding I don't know cz its her job to know that I'm breastfeeding , and my chair has been given to another mom that just got admitted with her child fine I make peace with that fact cause at that moment she's busy giving me attitude that she's the boss when I ask her where I should sleep she's tells me she doesn't know .. And then I see a free sleeping chair I ask the other sister Tselane can I use that chair since the other mom is sleeping at home she laughs and tells me she's going to assist me when She's done with what she's doing 5minutes later thy take that chair I asked for to another patient thy just admitted leaving me to sleep on the floor on top of that there's no blankets and thy don't even find a way to assist with sleeping arrangements...
