Bad attitude

In April 2015 I approached Steve Biko hospital, cardiology department(as stipulated above) for a cardiology checkup. I made an appointment and was put on a waiting list. When time came for my appointment, I was contacted by a rude nurse in that very department who did not give her name and that was in June this month 10nth. She said they cannot assist me because I recite in Rosslyn and am suppose to go to Ga-Rankuwa hospital.<br> <br> When I tried to explain to her that the address stated on my report letter was my previous work's address and not where I recite, she lost her temper and told me not to waste her time as she asked for another line. As I also tried to explain that I stay in the East and do not think Ga- rankuwa(Mukhari) will be nearer, she fumed and I decided to hang up on her. I then sent an email to the hospital's board and was rep**** by a Mogapi Fransciska who promised to take the matter up and give me feedback and also asked for my contact details.<br> <br> She did not attempt to call me or give me feedback to date. I waited long for my heart checkups and was neglected by this hospital. I feel they don't care about patients' health and go against their patients rights Please help
