New spammer on the block.

These guys seem to be partnering with Eskom, Vodacom, etc - they obtain your phone number, and then proceed to spam you regarding electricity/airtime/water purchases - I've unsubscribed three times - yet still get spammed.

Have any of these companies heard of POPI? I haven't given one of them permission to use my details in this manner.
