What's upsetting is I have ordered from them many times in the past and always with great success. This was about my 12th time ordering from them and for some reason I am now experiencing the same issues that many other people here are reporting. 2 weeks since my payment and still no confirmation of my order being sent. Multiple emails to Jason and all get ignored. I hope they can get back to their old ways and stop being so useless.
