Delivered items not what was ordered - lesser value and volume

Delivery is usually very slow. You must be prepared to wait a while. As others said there is absolutely no communication or feedback on your mail or website queries.

I ordered a certain product of 56 20 mg tablets for R220 and what was eventually delivered was 50 15 mg tablets (R180).

No use queriing this by email or the website. I feel trust has been broken and under this circumstance and I will also not use this online store from now on.
