10 days after payment and still no delivery

Ordered and paid 10 days ago. Promises made to deliver by Jason yet nothing. Very poor communication from this business. If you do not keep following up, you probably won't receive your order. Unfortunately this will be a once off, future support will be given to other online stores. Very dissapointing, the customer means nothing here.
