Debits money ********ly

For the past three months this so called Stero Rbenefit has been debiting R99 on my Nedbank account when contacting them on ********** 328 the lady was unable to assist me and referred me back to my bank to sort the debit...How can Nedbank help me in this situation..I am confused and angry for my money disappearing without any authorisation from me..
