I booked a package with sterling in 2023 for a wedding and I had to postpone it because of personal issues . They refunded me a portion of what was due to me because I had paid for extras that was not part of the package.

I was given the preferential date to reschedule my function on the same terms .They didn't charge me any additional costs. Most of my other service providers charged additional fees for rebooking or rescheduling .

Apart from them delivering on all the promises a d made and My function beautiful. I applaud Thier professionalism
