Please be aware of Haseena from Sterling events- More like sterling disaster. Her Insta profile is so perfect you would not believe my experience or maybe its selective due to us taking a package that she was advertising as a promo. You pay her 100% upon her request and then you don't get a hold of her again. This is why she takes your full payment and has high cancellation fees so that you cant back out. She manipulates with a marketing tactic of "I only have a last spot available" putting you under pressure to pay without deliberation or seeing the items. We trusted her as a Muslim person who supposed to give their word and be upright and keep to it but sadly this was not the case You have to beg for an appointment to see her items an once you get there she tells you it is in another warehouse and quotes more fees for bringing to you as the client to view She then sends you perfect wedding setup pictures for you to choose from on whatsapp. Only to end up seeing everything on the day of your wedding and be in horror All tables, stage and chairs were shaking guests were horrified and practically ran out the wedding after 2 hours. The stage was d****d so unprofessionally- With no symmetry/straight lines or accuracy like as if the d****s were just hung to dry- You would not even use this set up for free. Photography being billed by the hour was a wasted expense due to guests having to carefully climb onto the stage and off the stage taking more of the photography hour. Guests almost fell walking onto and off of the stage due to not even having a step to step on and was shaking and practically had to climb on. It broke our hearts after all the prep and monies put into everything just for the moment of walking into that venue and to walk in and find such horrific unprofessional and poor quality items. Chairs were torn and scratched, Cups and plates were so dirty you didn't want to eat or drink in them, Cutlery was faded, center pieces were badly put together with oasis visible/Artificial flowers were smashed with mostly greens, Gold iron stands were not maintained and rusted that were place on the table. There was white tape all over the shaking stage /Aisle and floor visibly -such poor workmanship and quality finish. When contacted she said we took pictures whilst her team was dissembling however that has nothing to do with her actual items being so so poor in quality and appearance. Final photoshoot photos show the same workmanship it was rather embarrassing. She advised we got more for our package than we paid however, all guests feel the total opposite and are witness to this. It was sad to note that a once in a life time moment was actually ruined due to her decor and unprofessionalism I have pictures to substantiate this please contact me on *** should you wish to see them
