Swearing at the customer

I received a call from a very rude and unprofessional lady called Charmaine,she is the epitome of the bad service in this country,she couldn't even listen to me ,I had a funeral so I couldn't honor my promise to pay to standard bank,I didn't have any relation with Sterling Debt Recoveries,I told here that I was not gonna pay to her company because I didn't even know who they are,she just started by saying \I know you were just trying to buy time,I knew you were not gonna pay,she started swearing at me calling me a *****.I would recommend standard bank to cancel their contract with this unprofessional company or this lady must be fired with an immediate effect ,she does not know what she is doing."
