Sterling Debt Recoveries incompetency-Patricia Dennison

Sterling Debt Recoveries employ *********** and unprofessional consultants. There is no continued communication amongst their consultants and the staff turn over is terrible. I am not happy since my account is handled by Patricia Dennison. She is terrible with technology and refuses to ask her superiors whenever he fails to resolve issues. She always fails to allocate payments on time and this attract a huge interest on the outstanding balance. I sent her the proof of payment for the months of October ,November and December 2020 are still not allocate up to date She keeps on saying that Standard Bank cannot trace the payments. 1.She instructed me to go to ABSA for them to trace. 2. She said I must find by ABSA if the money was credited back to me. 3.She sent an email earlier asking for ABSA details. I did forward the email from ABSA and again POP. I am now fed up because this R3000 payment that is not reflecting. I want them to update their records and amend the interest as this is ****************.
