Sterling Debt Recoveries Agents have no communication s****s!!!

I just had a call from a woman called Charmaine from this company, I explained to her as why I have not made a payment yet and she started shouting that I will deal with the court! She could not even let me finish explaining as to when I will make the payment this month as she was on top of her voice.

Are debt recovery companies supposed to be speaking to us like this? I mean who the hell does she think she is? My mother no! Her tone was totally unacceptable and how does a person like this even work in an industry whereby she must work with people but she cannot speak to people properly?
