Incorrect Company contact details + Agents email addresses

I recently dealt with two agents from sterdebt agency and set up a debit order to repay my account. But now that I want a statement from them and possible settlement amount none of there emails are working.

I even tried using the email address on there website *** ,and when I use this email address it gets returned immediately. For such an established company to have there company email address not work, says alot about what they think of their customers.

Because I can only imagine how much clients / customers tried to get hold of them , but to no avail.
