DEALERSHIP THAT SOLD ME A CAR ON FALSE INFORMATION

I recently bought A35 AMG from riaan peters who told me that all parts in my car were original. When I took my car at Benz I found out that what he told me was not true. Mercedes-Benz cannot now replace anything which is not original. I spoke to him and he told me that they will not change my battery. riaan peters is refusing to change my battery which is not the original battery from Mercedes-Benz.He got a cheap battery from wherever he got it from and placed it in the car which still has warranty. I am now stuck with worth R750 000 car bought from him which is malfunctioning and with items that are not original. I now need to take it in time and again for the cheap battery to be charged in order for the car not to malfunction. This is the worst service I have ever received from a sales person and a dealer.
