Safety of our vehicles

I have a problem with your parking times. On Friday around 21:20 we came for dinner at spur and your inside parking was closed, only opened for the cars coming out. We had no choice but to park outside on Pretorius street side. After our dinner at around 23:42, we came out to find our car broken in to.

This could have been prevented if the paying parking was open as the mall was still operating. The is no clear indication even to state the parking operating hours.

Now I have suffered more financial lose than +-R50 that I was willing to pay for my car's safety.

This has shown me that Sterland Mall is a no go area due to lack of car safety.

YET their trading hours are 07:00 am - 22:30 pm.
