In my experience, the way the puppies were kept was unacceptable, several animals appeared to have no water, no stimulation, and no proper enrichment at all. As someone with an animal-health background, I was alarmed to see birds being fed what looked like only sunflower seeds, which is far from a balanced diet. One little African Grey looked extremely unwell, possibly even dying based on my professional impression. It was genuinely distressing to witness. The enclosures did not look to appear up to standards, cramped, poorly maintained, and nowhere near what a responsible facility should provide. To make things even worse, I saw a dead bunny in a bucket next to where the ponies are kept. That sight alone was shocking and completely unacceptable. Overall, the animals I saw seemed stressed, frightened, and overlooked. It horrifies me that a place with conditions like these can continue operating. I will go out of my way to make sure the relevant authorities investigate, because no animal should be kept this way
