Faulty garments, no communication from Steps Scrubs
I have had a horrible experienxe with this brand. I waited 25 business days for my order and when it arrived it was made wrong according to their size charts. It didn't match their catalogue at all and upon measuring the garments myself and communicating with customer service, their reply to me was that it was within margin of error (1-3cm). This doesn't make any sense because the measurements are way above that margin (6- 24 cm in different aspects of the garment). I haven't received any reply after asking for a refund four days ago. I would definitely not recommend this poorly organized shop. Their contact number on the website goes straight to voicemail so there's no way to get my money back. Very unhappy about this.
