The principal Indira sold us a dream about the school but didn't turn out to be so
The principal Indira sold us a dream about the school but didn't turn out to be so. Further they were not transparent about lump sum fees associated with CAPS registration, which I discovered post registration. I ended up being stuck in a position where I couldn't register my child with Impaq which meant that she would just sit at Steps with no access to learning portals. Upon withdrawal of my kids from the school, I was treated with such contempt and have had to take legal actions against them to get my tuition fees back. I would not recommend Steps Academy in Randpark Ridge due to my own bitter experience with them

The principal Indira sold us a dream about the school but didn't turn out to be so.
