Horrible service

Absolutely horrible service from this gardening service in our complex. Their workers hit our glass window with a stone and refused to acknowledge that they had caused the damage. They blamed our Stafford-shire bull terrier. After three attempts by us to explain to them that it was physically impossible for our dog to have caused the damage (supported by photographic proof and physics) they still denied any involvement and then accused our dog of being aggressive. We obtained a report from a glass fitment company who also confirmed that the impact had to have come from the outside. The manner in which they handled this issue was absolutely disgusting, with the owner not even being open minded to our plea from the beginning. Absolutely no business ethic, cannot admit to mistakes and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Would not recommend their service to any complex management nor private customers.
