DISHONEST GARDEN SERVICE

This is the most unreliable and dishonest garden service I have ever come across. They promise you the sun and moon to get you on board. But then you only get this promise for the first week, and this is after you paid the whole month in advance.

They come whatever time they please, they promise you a team of 5 guys but only 2 get to your place and leaves in 20minutes where the yard is massive and nobody can get the job done in 20minutes.

They leave the yard still with papers lying around or untouched areas, they hardly cut the grass. they don't trim trees or edges even after it is stipulated in the quote.

Then when you complain to them that they are not doing as promised and expected, the owner Grant phones you and tells you that he will not be working in your garden anymore.

then I have to fight to get my money back for the time that they didn't work, I am told lies about payment being made to me however this is 5 days later and I still didn't even get the proof of payment after I requested it 3 times already.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY, THEY ARE ***** AND THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER.

I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
