Will not fight for their customers, not pay out.

<p>Stay away from STEPP insurance brokers !!!</p> <p>They will not fight for their clients, and only hear from them when you get premium increases, whether you claim or not.</p> <p>I had a break in a week after we moved house, the alarm installation was booked, but the breakin occurred before the installation. They are refusing to pay out a cent.</p> <p>This after being a client for 9 years, and only claimed once for a car accident. Nice way of making money, take premium and dont pay out.</p> <p> </p> <p>STAY AWAY PEOPLE !!!</p>
